When will my order arrive?
  • Processing time: 2 to 3 business days (we prepare your order).
  • Delivery time: 5 to 13 working days after handover to the transport company.
  • Example: Ordered on Monday → Shipped by Wednesday → Delivered in 1 to 2 weeks.
My tracking number shows no updates.
  • Allow 3 to 5 business days: carriers often scan packages in batches when picking them up.
  • Still no update after 5 days? Contact us so we can investigate!
  • Status "Information received": Most orders begin to be shipped within 2 to 5 days of this status.
How do I find my order ID?
  • Your order ID can be found in your order confirmation email. It usually starts with "#S" and contains numbers and letters.
My order is marked as "Delivered", but I have not received it.
  • Check with members of your household or your neighbors.
  • Check the delivery address in your order confirmation email.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier for delivery details (e.g., GPS proof of deposit).
